Milestone to milestone

In order to ensure flexibility with clear boundaries the project is executed by a milestone to milestone vision with continuous focus on the project mission. The strategy with project plans for reaching the following milestone are finalised just before the next milestone is reached. E.g. the strategy and project plans for reaching milestone 1 are finalised before milestone 0 is reached.

1.1 Technical development

To ensure the project can be executed is the first step to find and involve the right specialists. After which the project plans will be updated.

1.2 Social development

To ensure that the client’s personnel and crucial stakeholders support the project. The parallel step in project development is to create a social basis for support.

1.3 Economic & legal development

To ensure the project is well established and earnings are divided fair. The step after technical development is the setup of right contracts with responsibilities and financial incentives.
