Toeps welcomes Russian Innovations and InS OKBM as partners

Russian Innovations and InS OKBM are new partners of Toeps and are developing the joint venture AEnew to deploy new windmill technology.

AEnew is currently looking for deployment location and investors. The W-type technology is designed and ready for certification.

Filed updated WER proposal due to renewed interest

Friday March 25, 2011. Toeps filed an updated proposal of the WER project due to renewed interest and welcomes Fever to the project. Fever will ensure that the human - machine interface will be well designed.
The WER will convert waste into energy in a mobile setting in remote locations.

BioWaste 2 local and high value BioProducts EU FP7 proposal filed

At Tuesday January 25, 2011 Weastra and Toeps filed the proposal for the project BioWaste 2 local and high value BioProducts (BioW 2 BioP) for the EU 7th Framework Programme (FP7) in cooperation of 13 partners located in Slovakia, Turkey, Spain, Ghana, Tanzania, Indonesia and the Netherlands.

The objective of Bio 2 BioP is to combine social, economic and technical research to create and demonstrate economically viable, socially acceptable and technically advanced novel biotechnological valorisation chains for homogeneous industrial organic waste streams.

Toeps is looking forward to execute BioW 2 BioP with the partners.

Sequence matching by informed tailored inference-engine EU FP7 proposal filed

At Tuesday January 25, 2011 CABI and Toeps filed the proposal for the project Sequence matching by informed tailored inference-engine (MatSeqENG) for the EU 7th Framework Programme (FP7) in cooperation of 7 partners located in Germany, Poland, Latvia, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

The basic concept is to develop a system whereby standard inferences made during “human” interpretation of genome sequence matching are incorporated into a single decision-making tool.

Toeps is looking forward to execute MatSeqENG with the partners.

Dutch Defensie Innovatie Competitie 2010

At Friday October 15, 2010 Toeps held the final presentation in the Dutch military innovation competition with the WER project. Toeps was 1 of the 4 finalists out of the 25 proposals. Unfortunately, Toeps didn't win.

The WER project is now "on hold" until a new partner is found that is interested in having the knowledge of gasifying waste. Toeps is actively looking for partners for the WER project in waste management, waste treatment engineering and/or financing.
